A normal day is a full day of driving with proper rest stops, and the two of you agree the start time the evening before. Long mountain days are planned around daylight — hill roads are not driven after dark — so we build the route to reach your night stop before dusk.
We do. On multi-day trips your driver's meals and accommodation are already inside the rate you were quoted, so there's nothing to settle at a lodge counter and nothing to hand the driver directly.
Yes. Contact support with where you are and where you're heading, and we'll send a driver out to meet you — quickest inside Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan and Lumbini, a little longer if you're further out. You're charged the driver rate only for the days you actually use one.
Yes. Our drivers are professionals driving under the same insurance the car already carries, and adding one doesn't change your cover or your excess. As with any booking, insurance covers the people named on it — so tell us if you plan to take the wheel yourself as well.
