A car for the month, not the meter — weekly and monthly rentals for companies, projects and anyone staying a while. Servicing, insurance and repairs are ours, so you get a car, a rate that falls with the term, and one invoice.
Servicing, insurance, registration and repairs
Like-for-like, brought to wherever the car is
Trade up or down mid-contract, no penalty
A lower rate, never a lock-in
Every car in the fleet can be booked by the day, the week or the month. Nothing about the car changes as the term grows — only the number on the invoice. There is no minimum rental period, so a long-term rate is a discount you grow into rather than a contract that locks you in — a fortnight's notice ends it whenever the work does.
1–6 days
The published rate. Book one day if one day is all you need.
7 days or more
A field trip, a shoot week, a fortnight of meetings across the Valley.
30 days or more
The full long-term contract: servicing, repairs and one invoice a month.
Rates are per day in Nepali rupees, with VAT and all taxes already included.

Running a car in Nepal is a part-time job: the service interval, the insurance renewal, the workshop that keeps it for three days, the tyre that goes on the way back from Bardiya. On a long-term contract every one of those is ours.
We watch the odometer, book the workshop and collect the car ourselves, then plan the swap around your week — a replacement takes its place at the kerb, so a service costs you as little time as we can make it cost.
Comprehensive cover, the blue book and every renewal stay ours to keep current, with roadside assistance anywhere in Nepal behind them.
Brake pads, a tyre worn smooth on the Mugling road, a battery that gave up in Dashain week, the rattle nobody can place. Wear runs on our schedule and our bill. Damage is the other side of that line: tyre and windscreen damage is billed at cost, as it is on any rental.
Started on a Swift and hired a field team? Move to a Scorpio-N mid-contract with no penalty — we re-rate from the day the keys change hands.
Roughly the same booking, four very different reasons for it. If yours isn't on the list it probably still fits — contact support and describe it.
Teams posted to the districts for a season. One car per posting, one invoice for finance, and a replacement on the road if a monsoon culvert wins.
All the cars your staff need and none of the workshop queues, renewal dates or resale value to manage. Add a car the week you hire, and hand one back on a fortnight's notice when the headcount goes the other way.
A year in Kathmandu doesn't need a purchase, a blue book in your name, or the hunt for a buyer the month you leave.
Multi-week shoots and field seasons. Swap a Swift for a Hiace the week the crew doubles, then swap back when it thins out again.
One conversation to start it, one invoice a month to run it.
How many cars, how long, and where they need to be. A real person follows up with the questions a form wouldn't think to.
Car class, the daily rate at your term, and what's inside it — in writing, with nothing waiting behind an asterisk.
The car reaches your office or your gate washed, fuelled and serviced. No deposit, no counter, nothing to sign at a desk.
A single monthly invoice for every car on the contract, VAT and all taxes already inside the number.
“Eleven days, 1,400 kilometres, zero surprises on the final bill.”
The questions finance teams and project managers ask before they commit a budget.
More questions answeredThere is no minimum. A long-term booking is a lower rate, not a lock-in — the weekly rate begins at seven days and the monthly rate at thirty, and a fortnight's notice ends the contract whenever the work does. At the long end we write contracts a year at a time and renew them, so tell us the horizon and we'll price the whole thing.
Call us and give us a fortnight's notice, and we'll collect the car from wherever it is. If a project closes faster than that, say so — we would rather move the car early than hold you to a month you don't need.
Yes. Companies, NGOs and projects on a long-term booking are invoiced monthly instead of paying at delivery: one invoice covering every car on the contract, itemised per car and per day, with VAT and all taxes shown. Send us the billing details and the paperwork your finance team needs and we'll match it.
We handle it. Servicing runs on our schedule, not yours — we call ahead, bring a like-for-like car to you, and take the other one to the workshop. The same applies to a breakdown: a replacement reaches you within 24 hours and the rate does not change while it's with you.
Yes, and it doesn't have to be every day. Add a professional driver for the days that need one — the district run, the 5am flight, the week your team is in workshops — and drive yourself the rest. The driver is charged per day on top of the car rate and lands on the same monthly invoice.
How renting with a driver worksYes. Unlimited kilometres, comprehensive insurance and roadside assistance anywhere in Nepal come with every rental, however long it runs. A month in the Terai and a month of Valley errands cost the same, and free one-way drops between the Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan and Lumbini hubs still apply.
Swift to Prado, with the daily rate on every card — each one can be booked by the week or the month.
Add a professional local driver to any car on the contract, for a single day or for the whole term.
One flat fee to or from Tribhuvan, Pokhara International or Bharatpur.
One car for a month or six cars for a season — describe the work and we'll put the right cars and the right rate against it. No minimum period, no deposit, and free cancellation up to two hours before delivery.
